Acceptance
By accessing or using BankWise.net, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services. These Terms apply to all users, including registered institutions and visitors to our website.
Use of the Platform
BankWise.net is intended for use by legally registered financial institutions such as credit societies, NBFCs, employee societies, and Nidhi companies. You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and RBI regulations. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Platform in any way.
Accounts & Payment
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Subscription fees are billed in advance in INR and are non-refundable unless a service failure is directly attributable to us. Applicable GST will be added to all invoices.
Intellectual Property
All rights in the BankWise.net Platform are owned by Ten Infotech Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of your institution's data. We are granted a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.
Liability & Disclaimers
The Platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. BankWise.net is a software tool and does not constitute financial or legal advice. Any fees paid beyond your actual usage will be refunded to you. We charge only for what you have used, and any remaining balance will be returned promptly upon request or termination.
Termination & Governing Law
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
